I dont like to talk bad against Tsunade, but this was a bad match up.

gunna have to agree with the rest. Although I love Tsunade, either Itachi or Pain solo's. Amaterasu is probably enough for her, unless she chops that part of her body off and regens that area. Pain pretty much spams missles and summons and overwhelms her. not to mention shinra tensei's to destroy her movements during combat.

Never-the-less, this is how I see the fight happening:

-Tsunade activates Byakugou knowing that this will be a life/death battle having to deal with Mangekyou Sharingan and the legendary Rinnegan.

-She charges them both fists cocked. Itachi charges with shadow clones at the ready. Pain summons the giant Ox that charges Tsunade.

-Tsunade and Itachi engage in taijutsu. Just as Tsunade destroys an Itachi clone she gets caught in a genjutsu from eye contact.

-The real Itachi is behind her about to shoot a fireball. She gets hit by the fireball but deflects them enough to survive and regen.

-The Ox approaches Tsunade from behind and she quickly turns and punches the ox sending it flying away.

-The ox turns into crows as Tsunade seems confused, she realizes she's in a genjutsu and breaks out(from her massive senju chakra).

-Just as she breaks free the real ox hits Tsunade sending her flying. She hits a tree about 50 feet away, but gets right up.

-As she stands up, the Asura path is in her faces with razors ready to stab her.

-With only fractions of a second to respond, she blocks with her arms taking brutal injuries to her forearms.

-She spreads her arms breaking the blades then kicks the Asura path away, smashing him hard.

-She then gets Bansho Tenin'd towards Deva path but is grabbed/intercepted by Human path.

-Due to her immense strength, she's able to break free of the grab but is hit with Itachi's projected shuriken jutsu.

-She then lowers her arms to recover and see's the ox charging her once again.

-She gets ready to punch the ox away, but Hungry-ghost path grabs her from behind sucking her chakra from her.

-She can't break free and is then grabbed by Hell path and her soul gets immediately ripped out.
