Only the PC version will be about $40, because it's bundled with the original game as well.
The DLC downloads for Xbox 360 and PS3 users will probably be a lot cheaper; I'd estimate no more than $10, since players already have the original game.
Still, it is pretty disappointing that there's only one chapter and character, as opposed to everything else that could have been packed into it.

Seriously dude. CC2 is so shady. This update is friggin owed. The pre-sale for all consoles is already up on Gamestop for $39.99. I could be wrong, but I don't even think that there is going to be a DLC update for those who already own the game. I pretty much have all the DLC skins besides all of those pointless Naruto skins. I'm definitely not paying another $40 on top of the $65 I already paid just so that I can play the cave/DSM Kabuto.

I'll wait a year or so. I'm not buying the DLC, but it would be cool to have them included in the new version though. Just one extra arc isn't worth my cash. If they sweetened the pot some I might have considered trading in and buying this new version.
