I never understand how can Tsunade be superior to Gai in taijutsu.

Considering that dead people and nukenin can't make it to the list:
1-Guy (.............................)
2-Tsunade (these 2 are no brainer)
3-Rock Lee
4-Kakashi
5-Naruto
6-Sakura
X-Hiashi Hyuuga (he is a master of Gentle fist, but got low info on him)
X-Hinata/Hanabi Hyuuga (starting to be low on people, and she had recently achieved 8 Tigrams 64 Palms, so...)

For places 3 vs 4, we know that in PI Kakashi was a better taijutsu user than Rock Lee, but we don't have info on the time lapse, so I'm giving the edge to Rock Lee, but I may as well give to Kakashi, he is much more experienced. Regarding 5 vs 6, well Sakura has super strength, but Naruto knows Frog Kata, has KM (fast like a thunder, and access to chakra arms to aid in battle) and SM (sharper reflexes and strength), he is clearly more addept of taijutsu. He could very well be above Lee or even Kakashi, but I'm giving them the edge due to the taijutsu battle experience. As for Hiashi, I honestly don't know where to put him, but I'm guessing right behind Tsunade, as Neji would be if he was alive. As for Hinata and Hanabi, they're gentle fist users too, and we got no more info that I remember of. Now with dead people and nukenin, and with indecision, I would put it like this:

0-Hashirama/Madara (this guys have a different Tier, because we can't seem to know his limits, but they have completely destroying powers, they must be at least Tier 2, probably Tier 1)
1- Guy/Obtio/Minato(This guys can teletransport instantly, that is the s***t) Shisui (He was known as body flicker Shisui, he was fast on his feet)
2- Tsunade/Neji/Hiashi
3- Kakashi/Rock Lee/Itachi/Naruto/Sasuke/Jiraya/ (seems wrong to not put these 2)Tobirama/Hiruzen

Itachi showed some decent Taijutsu skills in his fight against Sasuke, literally rag dolling him and tossing him like a newspaper.

Lee and Guy are obviously top 10 since its all they really know.

Hyuuga have advanced taijutsu that stops your heart and other major organs from working, just by poking them... Two finger death poke, anyone?

Tsunade can obliterate walls with just a simple punch. Sakura is her apprentice, but I don't think she is as strong, even with her new seal.

Beyond that... I can't really think of anyone else... I'm getting a sort of writers block right now.... I suck at writing...

I want to add to this :
Kakashi , Sasuke both are pretty good in taijutsu too coz of their Sharingan and Speed ...
Minato ... umm cant tell coz honestly Lol we never saw him in a long fight what ever he did ... he did in a flash *_*
And Sage Mode Naruto ...coz of Frog Kumite and enhanced perception ability !

Tsunade and Sakura's technique isn't even that special. All it is is chakra control; in reality they're both pretty weak in the field.

Tsunade is inferior to Gai, Hiashi, Lee, Neji, Minato in tai imo. They have shown better technicalities, speed and versatilaty. SM Naruto is there too. Kakashi, Sasuke, Itachi are runner ups. Sakura is probably not even top 10 in Konoha taijutsu.

He has good reflexes...that's the best thing you can have in a taijutsu fight in Naruto or irl.he can dodge and intercept a punch in less than a second.

Honestly I don't know why people have Naruto listed. His taijutsu is only above average at best. His modes only serve to further increase his natural abilities to better enhance his taijutsu. He doesn't actually KNOW taijutsu better than any top-tier taijutsu users.

Sakura above Neji? The guy who was equal of Lee?xd
And i did not know Jiraiya's hype in part 1 for Tsunade would exceed what Gai have shown in the whole manga.
