I didn't said he is a featless and I dnt think he is featless and there is no way in hell that he can keepup with Minato since he admited that he is faster and Minato is the fastest.........I dnt think he can keepup with Minato unless he had S/T ninjutsu......

the only version of him which has feats can't even beat Orochifodder so he's featless overall
being slower doesn't mean he can't keep up
for example A and Bee are slower than Minato they are still able to keep up
