Why Minato needs FTG if he was the fastest by foot?

Well Minato is in KM so his foot speed should have increase to the point it's just like ftg for him (short distance). Base Minato might be faster Itachi in my opinion, even by the slightest so add KM power up and his speed will be like BM Naruto's or close to it.

Without FTG he is not the fastest imho.

KM Minato is either on BM speed level or right below it. Remember it's Minato's base powered up with KM where as Naruto's speed is below Minato's Base speed.

Tobirama when coming to the battlefield said that his shunshin pales in comparison to Minatos which means Tobirama might have referred to FTG as shunshin

if minato had used ftg, he would have teleported with all the kages including sasuke and his team. minato can do that, but since he arrived by himself, it's true that he used shunshin instead.

Because teleporting is faster and more versatile than foot speed. You can't teleport a tbb with foot speed

He isn't fastest by foot but he is considerabully fast I mean faster that alot of ninja only ones that can exceed Minato's foot speed is Jubito,4th and 3rd Rikage ...........I dnt think Naruto usng foot speed it is his Body flicker tech and Minato's boddy flicker is better than any other shinobi..............
