Raikage has nothing to bypass Itachi's complete Susanoo when Itachi has nothing to hit 4th Raikage, not even genjutsu according to the manga, so Raikage should win via outlasting, but i'd give it to Itachi because of his superior intelligence(Raikage is stupid even) and his capacity to put someone in a Sharingan genjutsu without Sharingan. Not saying it would work on A, but it could give him some opportunities for him to strike him down

He needs to keep eye contact to react at Amaterasu. If he doesn't, he won't react at Amaterasu.

he got caught because he was distracted with tsunade. He didnt get caught when fighting 5 ems v3 susanoos up until that point,kakashi didnt have intel on ms,which is why he chose to look into his eyes. He has shown the ability to handle v3 susanoos without looking at the person's eyes.

According to the manga, it's because of his reflexive speed. Sharingan can't keep up enough for him to be put in a genjutsu. In the scene during the kage summit, Sasuke was trying Sharingan genjutsu when Raikage was immobile and watching when he said that
