He's not even getting past the Giant Clam.

Hiruzen was smh capable to notice Hashirama's and Tobirama's position while in bringer of darkness which suppose he has great senses even deprived from his 5senses. He should then be capable to localise both Mizukage's and his summoning position to destroy it with Enma's diamond offense. When Mizukage uses jockey boy he is greatly weakened. Hiruzen could take advantage of this to finish him

Remember that he has no knowledge on the Nidaime Mizukage, and while he's under the mirage genjutsu, the Mizukage and the Clam have only been shown to be sensed by Gaara's sand (a contact-type method). He's not getting to the Clam. Also, it took Onoki's ultra-added-weight rock technique to take down the Clam, the counterpart to his ultralight-weight rock technique which was used to stop a meteor; I doubt Enma would be able to do it when the Nidaime Mizukage also thought that Onoki was helpless against it without jinton.

Who said the Mizukage would need to use Jokey Boy? Hiruzen's not getting past the genjutsu, and even then, what's he going to do against the Hydrification Technique?

I doubt it, but maybe old Sarutobi can pull it off.

Hiruzen Takes this.

He was able to locate Hashirama and Tobirama without his vision. This same feat can be replicated to a salty clam and the mizukage.

Clam is destroyed by enma, as enma has been shown to easily destroy mokuton. Im sure mokuton is more durable than that clam.

And besides all of this Hiruzen was already stated in the manga to be stronger than the Mizukage.

How is Hiruzen even going to hurt a guy who has the Hozuki's clan's Hydrifcation jutsu? How is he going to sniff the Mizukage out in this open area?

], so tracking the Nidaime is going to be a lot more difficult. Not to mention, Hashirama and Tobirama have been dead for years, so obviously being dead bodies and all, they're going to... stink. Smelling the clam and Mizukage? Not likely. To be honest, I never even knew clams had a scent, but whatever. Hiruzen is going to be constantly seeing Mirages [

]. Prior to their advance however, Kakashi couldn't locate them. This further cements my argument, as the Nidaime remains as far away from his opponent as possible, so Hiruzen stands no chance.
