storywise Naruto>DBZ while pacewiseDBZ=Naruto and actionwise Naruto<DBZ

Naruto is better than DBZ overall but when it comes to action, it is DBZ which rules the roost. other than level of violence, i dont see a criteria where Naruto is below DBZ.
