Minato's reflexes is 2nd to none. The most important thing to notice in this chapter is that Minato's clone did not disappear after being kicked. Notice how juubito crushed Hashi's clone and Tobirama with speed and force with just his hand. Kick is always stronger than a punch and this has been proven already. Only idiots would say otherwise.
