I have to say Kizaru. Yata no Magatama(I think that's the name) would slaughter BB.

Kizaru speedblitzes. Current BB is yonko but i don't think that he's strong enough to beat Kizaru yet. BB just has an obvious disadvantage here. Kizaru will be blitzing circles around BB's tummy.

BB has disadvantages vs Kizaru given BB's fruit sucks in stuff to him and those sluggish movements of his vs some1 who can move at light speed wuld be a nightmare for BB. Though he can endure/tank attacks ''torrent of light'' wld mess BB up.

Yeah but we can safely assume that he has it now. There is no way he doesn't have haki by now. Also, just wondering if BB couldn't beat Kizaru Pre-TS, then does that mean Pre-TS Marco can beat him as well?

It's fact that BB spent the 2 years obtaining WB's former territory and searching for new DF's. Meaning, if he had any time to train, he would only have time to further develop either his Gura Gura no Mi skills or his Haki skills. And it's confirmed that training a DF is much, much easier than training ones Haki.
Hence why BB would've attempted to master the Gura Gura no Mi (it's evident that was his intentions when he said at MF something about not being able to conrtol that power and he needs to practice more with it) + he knows of Haki and he would know that it'd be too time-consuming for his cause. So, adding this up, it essentially leaves little-to-no room for him to advance his Haki prowess.

Furthermore, Rayleigh himself stated that attaining Haki to the level that Luffy did in only 2 years is near impossible. But the only reason Luffy was even able to do it, was because of his pure grit & determination (willpower) to never lose anyone ever again.

Blackbeard can cause black holes with his Darkness fruit which nothing can escape not even light. Also, Blackbeard has shown to take damages that in normal cases would've been fatal such as Ace stabbing his chest with 2 fire rods and Whitebeard sending vibrations from his quake fruit to his face at point blank while holding it. Once Blackbeard has physically touched Kizaru he's done for because unlike when the two times he hit Ace he's gonna quake the shit out Kizaru.
