How is Minato able to use KM so effortlessly?

Naruto had to train for a while with Bee to get a hang of his powers because the Bijuu's strength is too great. He injured his ankle the first time he fought in KM, against Kisame. But Minato is able to use his powers at will and dominate with it, and this is his first time ever using it since he died immediately after sealing the Kyuubi in himself and Naruto.

But even after Naruto mentally kicked Kurama's ass, left him in his cell, and hung onto ONLY the chakra he still had a hard time controlling it. He hurt himself fighting Kisame and he kept breaking those stone blocks instead of stacking them up.

Plus he isn't using it like Naruto is, for instance Minato hasn't used any chakra arms.

naruto is a 16 year old genin with little skill and ****-all chakra control.
Minato is a 20+ Year old Hokage who sealed the fox in him, has outrageous chakra control(effortlessly creates rasengans in split seconds) and hax jutsu (FTG). The fox never stood a chance.
