I like Urasawa's work... so 20th Century Boys and Monster.
Liar Game and One Outs are also my type of thing, I read things like Gamble Fish and Kaiji before but I like Shinobu's style.
Berserk's also a good one!
Onanie Master Kurosawa and Chikan Otoko. Never thought I'd like slice of life romance this much, but the realism and characters' development were something really great that I couldn't help but love these manga.

If you ever need a new Manga, I'd highly recommend it. It's quite an unusual one, as it revolves more around intelligence rather than the typical raw fighting, which makes it one of my all time favorites, despite it being so short.
Fairy Tail, Reborn!, Detective Conan, DB/DBZ/DBGT, Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh original series, both Avatar series (cartoon), and of course the Big 3, if there are any others I remember later I will edit this post.
Btw if this seems a lot, I have watched older ones such as the DB series, Avatar series, and Yu-Gi-Oh and long time ago plus I haven't thoroughly watched all the Pokemon episodes nor am I even close to the end of the Detective Conan anime
Claymore, Attack on Titan, Gintama, Cage of Eden, Psyren, Gamaran, Takamagahara... there's plenty more, but those are the ones that come to mind atm. xD
Well their genre are a bit different so I'd say go for what you like!
20th CB talks about a group of childhood friends who have all grown up now. The main character is just getting by with his father's shop and is taking care of his sister's kid with his mother. But then, a cult leader named Friend is involved in very shady things, including the death of one of his friends. But there's much more than meets the eye, because Friend obviously has a load of information on their background. I'll copy and paste something from my review thread:

Monster also has a lot of focus on the antagonist, or the "monster" of the story. It feels similar to reading 20th CB in some regards, given it's from the same mangaka and what not. I do warn you though that both of these may seem slow paced. You'd have to check it for yourself.
The main idea behind the Liar Game is one girl accidentally being pulled into this tournament in which people outsmart each other for money. If you don't make a profit, you end up gaining huge debts (kinda the norm for this type of series). But it's very fun to see them pull off their plans, even if you don't actually understand them yourself (but it obviously makes it better if you do).
One Outs is about another "genius" who gets into the big leagues with an interesting contract... he's a pitcher, and he demands that he gets paid 5 million yen for every out he makes. But on the other hand, he'll pay 50 million for every run he lets by. Now if you look at even the best ratios, there should be no way he could gain a profit out of this. However, Tokuchi is no ordinary man...
I have a review for both of these if you need more info.
Berserk has a lot of mature themes, just throwing that out there. I don't want to spoil too much, because the main character's back story and ambition is part of a huge arc that comes after the first 7 or so chapters. Once you reach Gats as a kid, things start getting interesting.
These might be a bit different than what you'd normally read judging by your favorites though, so I don't know if you'd want to try any. Your choice
