You're implying it takes time. Jiraiya and Tsunade aren't exactly the fastest characters in the manga either. I also am pretty sure Manda or any of his snakes can buy enough time for him to summon Edo Minato's coffin.

Gamabunta can take care of Manda (Manda is dead, isn't he?) while Tsunade tanks Orochimaru and prevents him to weave any hand seals, Tsunade will buy some time for Jiraiya to summon Ma&Pa and go to Sage Mode then the game is over..

Anyways, back on topic:

My choice depends on the situation. Each one demolishes the other in one category or another. Tsunade has strength, Jiriaya has tactical skills and Orochimaru has his ninjitsu. All of these help them in one way or another and it would be difficult to point out which one is stronger.

Lets not forget in the databook Orochimaru has a 5 in handseals while Jiraiya has 4.5 and Tsunade has 4. Orochimaru and Jiraiya have a 4.5 in speed while Tsunade has 3. So Orochimaru is the fastest when it comes to weaving handseals and is tied with Jiraiya in foot speed. Tsunade, the slowest out of the three in both foot speed and handseal speed, stopping Orochimaru from weaving four handseals and clapping is unlikely especially when he has 1000 snakes and Manda with him.

Deidara's explosion would completely fry a human's body. Deidara's explosion is obviously leagues ahead of Jiraiya's Katon. And you think they will be able to do all that before Orochimaru weaves 4 handseals and claps his hands despite him being faster than both?

it's not because Manda is stronger than the two, it's because Tsunade and Jiraiya is fighting together against Oro, that's why Katsuyu and Gamabunta is also fighting together against Manda...

and during the battle of the Sannin, Kabuto is with Oro to aid him in combat.. so it's actually two on two, plus Tsunade is not in the condition for fighting that time and Kabuto cheated her by showing blood that triggers her phobia..

Jiraya's katon doesn't compare to Deidara's C0.

Deidara's C0 = Cellular level explosions, cannot escape, and Manda tanks that.

I think Manda could tank Jiraiya's katon
