My man Itachi and dat foot speed.. some unnoticed speed feats

You guys are nit picking the situation. Sasuke simply served as the factor to show case Itachi's speed during that moment. Him being kid does not lessen it. And I even say how these feats are nothing to brag out.

It doesn't lessen his speed but it lessens the impact of the idea behind your statement. Sasuke wasn't a ninja at that point Itachi was Anbu of course he'll beat Sasuke to anywhere. Comparing his speed to his younger brother is like comparing Minato to kid Naruto, it doesn't impact Minatos' overall speed but it makes the claim sound less impressive. Why are you so defensive over a less than stellar example.

Shows Itachi arriving if you look at the cloud of dust coming from his feet, there is even an impact mark to the left of his foot. Cloud to the right of heel suggesting drag and impact at toes on left suggesting planting his footing.

Neither of us are claiming Itachi is slow, just that saying he has awesome speed by showing how much faster he is than a non-ninja 5 years younger than him is a bad example. You're unnecessarily defending it.

I really dont want to go into this. You got the wrong idea I wasnt trying to compare their speed I was merely trying to show the importance of Itachis speed feat at that moment. A kid or not like I said isnt important here.

Ok since you won't refute me prove to me how him beating a child outside of a house shows great speed? He ran through 3 rooms and went to the street, how is that fast? You said it was fast because he got there before Sasuke that doesn't make it fast as Sasuke was slow at that point. So how does him running out of his own house which he knows the floorplan of show his speed?

Him running ahead of Kisame or having been higher in the air when they left Konoha shows his speed

Lol that is complete BS, it's a feat and a good one at that. No matter how far he kicked her it's clearly stated that Itachi could attack someone and then immediately move to that location giving them no time to prep for a counter attack. 100 ft farther and he still would have appeared next to her.

Where is it "stated" he can teleport directly to the location of an enemy? So now he has a skill as good as Minato's FTG with seals and he can just pop up right behind an enemy regardless of distance instantly? What about 500 ft further? 900 ft? 1200 ft? 9000 ft? sorry the 9000 was just for the dbz reference, but still.

You should really read the OP as i clearly say these feats arent anything serious or nothing to brag out but merely highlighting his speed! I dont want to argue this anymore, I was merely trying to point out that by the time that sasuke got to the streets Itachi was already their ahead of him! I know Itachi speed is greater than a kid sasuke but that wasnt the point. The point was to highlight that certain moment which displayed note worthy nothing serious feat.

Still didn't explain how it was fast? He ran a distance of around 30 meters, and as i said in your own scan it shows Itachi arriving not standing there waiting for Sasuke. It's not like he was standing there for minutes waiting for his little brother to show up. You made a statement I'm just asking you to justify it, is that so wrong. I give you credit where you deserved it with him leaving Konoha but please enlighten me how him leaving his house shows his great speed like you claimed it did.

How was it not fast? You clearly see sasuke running to the doors to leave the house and right in front of him is itachi. Like I said it isnt a incredible feat but it just goes in depth of his speed.

I know the first part is from Narutopedia I see the sources and the other part is based on his one instance of Kurenai. It was never actually stated in a databook or within the manga that he could do it over great distances like you claimed. But it does seem he could reach any distance that he could knock an enemy back to so I'll give you that one, I still disagree that it meant at any distance.

Don't forget Itachi's eyesight was very blurry and he couldn't see Sasuke properly, Zetsu then commented on how slow Itachi was during the fight despite all that.

Now obviously these speed feats aren't anything to brag out but it just goes to show why kishi gave him a maxed out 5 in speed. This is just a little something something for the haters.
