It would be awesome if Naruto could continue for one last arc which would be after one of them becomes Hokage. I can see Naruto dying for sasuke and letting him become Hokage. Then the final arc will show what Naruto became and what became of the leaf village after Sasuke became Kage.

Everything we didn't know about them and how their "brothers". Although i would love Naruto to be Hokage the moment Sasuke stepped in and said he was going to become Hokage now makes me feel like Naruto will somehow either die for Sasuke and let Sasuke become Hokage.

'Or Naruto will become some godlike being like SO6P and die. But Naruto's face will be carved in the Leaf village with a Rinnegan, not as Hokage but as a Hero. Hero>Kage. The manga is called Naruto. It's a story about Naruto.

A man who lived. Not who's still alive. We follow Naruto's story from the beginning to the end. Once someone becomes Hokage that's not the end of his story.

i only see 3 options.

1. naruto ends and kishi makes a prequel series. kishi talked about a minato manga series after naruto.

2. time-skip. maybe 12 years after naruto ends with a new protagonist. narutos son?

3. kishi ends it with narutos ending, which IMO would be a waste, because of the size of the narutoverse.
