Acer Aspire V3 571G display problem

So i bought a acer aspire v3 571G around a month ago and i've always experienced problems with it, running really slow on normal tasks even though its a brand new laptop, and one last problem, the problem that ticks me off the most. When i start games like counter strike, runescape or even look around on youtube. A lot of dots appear and vanish a milisecond later, then reappear and so on. Its like having bad signal on your tv. I can play the games but all those dots makes me angry.. I want them gone xD help would be apericiated very very VERY much

1TB HDD, 16Gb RAM, NVIDIA GeForce 710M with 2 Gb Ram
Intel Core i7 3632QM 2.2 Ghz turbo up to 3.2 GHZ

How about Direct X?

Whats your harddrives rpm rate...That might be the bottleneck

Either graphics card problem or you need to install/update some drivers.

But then again... you have Windows, so... lol

Try Nvidia specially made for graphic cards support to run Games.
