Sharingan Question

I'm sure it's been asked before but I wanna hear what some people think. We've obviously witnessed that Madara, Itachi, and Sasuke have gone blind from overuse of their MS. So how come Obito and Kakashi haven't lost their eyesight? I was thinking maybe the MS techs Tsukuyomi, Amaterasu and Susano'o are the only ones that degrade your eyes. Maybe the unique abilities like Kamui and Kotoamatsukami don't. What do you guys think?

wrong & correct, sishui didn't had senju dna. Only obito, do not count madara because he had izuna's eyes transplanted after he went blind.

So in this case we can assume that obito's reason is senju dna, and since his eyes are linked together it is possible that kakashi can't go blind either. But we can also assume that it is because he does not have both eyes ( perhaps u need both eyes to go blind ? )


But it's high possible as you said that it is an unique ability for kamui and koto amatsukami. Sishui's eyes need a decade to recover to use it unless you have senju dna and obito just used kamui since he had the MS. And that's been over 20 years i guess ? So in obito's case it is/can be senju dna as sole reason.

False. They don't choose their MS techs, they just awaken them.

so kakashi doesnt use the MS most of the time unlike sasuke when he got the MS he lost it after 3 days, and when obito was slippin thru he wasn't using THE MS but his normal sharingan..

I think Kamui can be used without using MS. So it slows down the process of the eyes losing their light. From lack of use. I believe Kakashi should be going blind nao or already be. We've only seen Obito use MS about two or three times...not sure though. Idk...it's a good question ppl have been in wonderment about...well I'll speak for myself. Just me.

Sasuke over used his. Itachi did so more as a last resort. Madara likely did the same as Sasuke. Obito has senju dna. Kakashi keeps his covered most of the time. Even when he uses the MS it was more in the line of Itachi until he got the walking power up called Naruto handing him free chakra.

Even when Kakashi met Itachi in part 2 he hinted at wear in his eyes when he made a reference to Itachi's bad eye sight.

kakashi is just a lowly jonin only raisin why he is still not blind is because without sharingan kakashi is not even lowly jonin he just fodder.... also kishi love him so, kishi say he base kakashi off his Father

Only Sasuke was shown losing his eye sight, Madara has done no such thing

Believe Susano'o was the main cause, since it strains the user body. Since Obito and Kakashi only has one abilities it doesn't strain the users eyes. Idk tho
