What would you rate Haku?

I think Haku is a low Jounin. He definitely can beat actually a lot of Jounins like Shizune and according to Zabuza, he beat a lot of elite ninja as well; which is why he kept Haku along.

What do you think?

Edit: Kind of surprised on these poll results haha. More people think he is a mid-high jounin than a high chuunin, interesting. Haku was definitely a jounin

Haku is a high Chuunin. He had a rare KKG, was talented, and even had a retconned S/T jutsu! But, his chakra reserves screw him over here. I could see him defeating a lesser Jounin or two. But no "Real" Jounin like Asuma.

sasuke with this sharingan was able to counter haku make him healthy he would win this sasuke was destroyed by lee with wieghts on actually didnt land a sratch and he had full acess to his 2 tomoe im not trolling just stating facts

Not sure if happy or disappointed that I unknowingly picked the majority: Low Jonin XD

My reasoning was that, while he had the versatility/protection/affinity/speed that could defeat many chuunin, Haku would be hard-pressed to fight Jonin ninja. My justification for this is due to how many Jonin have the affinity for two chakra elements, one of which would be Fire. Great Fireball (the Uchiha's favorite fire technique and the one Sasuke used on Haku) melted off one of the mirrors to Haku's kekkei genkai. This is listed as a D-rank fire technique, if memory serves. What would stronger fire techniques do against it?

Early season 1 pictured Haku as an extremely-fast genin. But after moving onto season 2 which debuted Lee's speed and strength, just how badly would this be undermined against Jonin?
