he killed danzo. when a person is becoming the hokage he/she has to be accepted by the feudal lord and the jonin council. the feudal lord made danzo the hokage and the feudal lord knows that sasuke killed danzo, plus sasuke is a wanted international criminal, there is no way he will become hokage even if he stops the tobi now (which i doubt he can)

search 6th hokage and you will find that danzo was hokage he just did not appear publically to the konoha village like the rest of the hokages. last time i checked the hokage was chosen by a council(which happened for danozu) and not by appearing publicaly to people nor is there any oath for hokage if your thinking that.

naruto has to become hokage, its like in one piece luffy has to become the pirate king and eventually they will both become, but i dont see naruto sitting down and doing papers so i think it will be like how the 3rd and 4th hokage. i think naruto will be like minato and kakashi will be like hiruzen
