Two good reasons he shouldn't die. (1)History should not repeat itself - same thing happened between Hashirama and Madara in which Madara died. On Naruto's side it would be like Kakashi and Jiraiya with both of them failing to save their friends. U_U And the other reason is (2)Uchiha Clan actually becoming extinct. :scorps:

itachi left sasuke in his care, and naruto promised to protect him.

besides, it would completely defeat the purpose of naruto's "quest", and go against his character.

sasuke might sacrifice himself or be killed by a "wild card" opponent... but it won't be any time soon.

Naruto takes Sasuke's eyes! That would be completely out of Naruto's character. Naruto always wants to forgive. He forgave the man that murdered his master and destroyed his village. Why would someone like that take Sasuke's eyes?

If that should happen, it would be completely out of Sasuke's character to just return to the village. He would seek revenge. Doesn't he know where Obito kept his Sharingan collection? He could just put his old eyes back.
