Killer B. His raw power and speed overwhelms Itachi, Itachi's genjutsu also won't be affective and Amateratsu can be dodged using V2. Killer B mid-high diff.

Bee can't even go full Hachibi mode without getting lit up by Amaterasu. His V2 osn't getting past Susano'o, not to mention he's liable to get hit with Tsukiyomi in CQC in this mode.

I usually don't agree with A>B>C logic but I believe in this case it works. I mean yeah Itachi is stronger then MS Sasuke but not by much.

His V2 chakra arms can extend under ground and pull Itachi out of susanoo as we saw that's what Gaara did to Madara.

Itachi has canonically schooled Bee in Taijutsu. Meaning Bee would have to resort to V1 or V2 to hit Itachi. Even then Itachi can tank his attacks with Susano'o and finish him off with either Tsukuyomi or Amaterasu. If Bee transforms completely, Amaterasu and Totsuka Blade would kill him.
