Hard to say oro just got basically the body of hashirama and some OP edo tensei. We don't really know what getting his arms back means though. So he has the potential to but it's still up in the air. Although the edo Kage would probably be enough.

lets not compare a fodder zetsu body with the almighty hashirama body

I'd have to say that Sasuke's Sharingan makes him a match for Orochimaru. The reason Oro needed to go after Sasuke was that Itachi was too powerful for him. However, Oro doesn't seem too concerned about losing to Sasuke. Orochimaru is the kind of person that has contingency plans for nearly every situation. The fact that he isn't noticeably afraid of Sasuke (like he was of Hashirama and Itachi) seems to suggest that he is pretty confident that he could defeat Sasuke should he need to. He has access to his previously sealed techniques and a knock-off version of Hashirama's body. In other words, Orochimaru is much more powerful than when he and Sasuke last fought.

Orochimaru, as of now is inferior by feats. I'd say he is slightly weaker then MS Sasuke. And would even give that version a run for his money. By feats that is.

But, we shall see something new from Orochimaru soon.. And then he will steal that body...

this goes both ways sasuke is alot stronger now . and knew that if he revived him oro might come after him . but didnt care at all . i dont think he is threatened by oro at all

Hard to say. We don't know the extent of either one's abilities.
However, it seems to me that
Sasuke > Orochimaru
Sasuke >= Restored Senju Orochimaru
Senju Orochimaru w/ Edo Tensei > Sasuke
