1- Should he get a bigger sword or arrow?

2- What design should Sasuke PS have? Do you want a similarity to Madara's?

3- Do you want it to have multiple weapons and multiple hands at once?

4- How tall should his Susanoo should be since apparently it's been said that Sasuke's can't reach Madara's height?

5- Should Sasuke's PS have a special color? Like Dark Purple or something else?

Saske should have a snake susano that has 8 arms and holds 4 swords and 4 bows

also if possible kishi should give naruto a susanoo as well and make it a giant fox

1) He'll be able to manipulate the shape of the Susanno at will. Any size or shape he desires. He's already known to be able to maniuplate Jutsu's to high degrees, won't be surprised if it happens here aswell

2) Perfect Susanno will be equipped with Yata Mirror and Totsuka Blade
