Tsunade, Jiraiya and Kakuzu vs Pain

Location: Jiraiya vs Pain

Scenario 1: The situation is like when Jiraiya fought Pain. Only three paths attack, the others join only if they are defeated.
Scenario 2: Every path attacks, but team Tsunade has full intel.​

Would the three paths be revived like last time after they lose? in scenario 1 ..

S1 the revival path will most likely do his thing thus making it a 6 v 3 fight.They also lack knowledge on Deva path so its a clear victory here.

S2 Pein admitted that J man could beat them so what makes you think J man with Tsunade and Kakuzu wouldn't win?

Is Pain allowed to use Chibaku Tensei and/or Chou Shinra Tensei? I imagine he would be reluctant to use these as he wouldn't want to destroy his village. If he uses CT, then the Deva Path solos low-dif. Team 1 does not have enough firepower to destroy the core, and certainly not a fullt formed CT.
