2-madara has unlimited chakra, so he can focus alot of his chakra in one tech that would make the scale and power of his techs on whole other level than anyone's.

True the Jinjuriki is stronger with the beast than when it's alone but as Naruto's is 50% and Kurama outside was 100% that proves Madara still isn't at his level. He can use most of Hashirama's Mokuton techniques but they aren't as strong.

thats like saying SO6P wont be on nagato's level because he hasnt shown it. very dumb logic. even if we didnt see it we can speculate. hashirama's wood dragon didnt actually subdue the kyuubi and we have seen that, just like madara's wood dragon didnt subdue naruto. they arent as strong when hashirama isnt using SM.
