Because Obito now has power comparable to that of the GOD OF SHINOBI! BM alone is extremely fast. The Juubi fodderizes the 9 tails in power, so naturally, it should be much faster. The simple fact is the only reason Naruto doesn't blitz people is because he can never use full speed. Otherwise, he runs the risk of hitting something.
