So lets say Juubito desides to use preta path wouldn't he be able to absorb even Nature energy because the Juubi is nothing but Nature energy it's self because he already has it in him?

Preta path can absorb quite large chunks of natural energy with no problems, it absorbed enough of it to turn off naruto's Sm and it didn't really effect him at all, He was also absorbing naruto's attacks that were powered by natural enegry. It only effected him after naruto started to constantly gather natural energy because he was immobile
