Finally Madara arrives. It was pretty good episode in overall but the animation was kind of shitty. I want to see what voice Obito is gonna get. They should just leave the voice for Obito, is pretty epic. Anyway, I'm waiting for the next week's episode to see Madara's power coloured. :nuts:

This episode was nice, it's good that I can finally get back to watching the anime. It was awesome seeing Madara's debut, it was as epic as I'd imagine. I give this one a 4/5 because next week is gonna be a definite 5! The episode is gonna be animated by one of the better animators IMO. Madara is about to fodderize so many ninjas and with the epic animation, it's gonna be like seeing his power all over again. I can't wait!!

I think they did a good job with this episode. The action was pretty good, the NaruHina moments were awesome! I was pretty happy. I didn't remember the manga actually having the scene of Hinata saving Naruto when Naruto mentioned her saving him twice, so that was a nice little add on. Madera. Holy moly! He looks amazing to see in the Anime. Yay back to Canon!

It was good. I find it interesting that Naruto has shockwaves in KCM. Wish they expanded on Naruto vs Kihimaru though. Seeing him use ransenshuriken against them was good however.

First, why does Naruto have to save everyone? I know he's the protagonist but an entire episode dedicated to him saving everybody and their mother seems to be a bit much. I mean surely even Sakura can handle 2 Zetsus coming at her. Why did they transform right whenthey could have entered the tent and stabbed her after she turned her back? Or they could have walked in, then Naruto kills him before they reveal themselves. That's acceptable because Sakura had not way of knowing. Thus, she would be unable to save herself but no. Evidently she can't handle 2 obvious Zetsus walking over to her slowly.
The animation was bad.
the plot didn't seem to advance too far

Naruto calling the Third Tsuchikage "small old man" was hilarious.

I agree with most of this, same problem occurred in the manga with it seeming like no one could do anything for themselves and Naruto just do everything.

Only thing I disagree with is the plot advancing too far?? the last canon episode was in February! I think it's about time the plot started moving because it wasn't going no where with filler. It was only one chapter covered in this episode, sometimes the anime covers 2 - 2.5 so it is going the same speed kishi did.

A decent episode saved by its preview, 3/5

What I Liked:
* Back to Canon
* That preview! D:
* Some moments had nice, fluid animation when Naruto beat some Zetsu's up.
* Was faithful to the manga, no silly filler with a news broadcast or those 2 irritating girls with Temari

What I didn't Like:
* Most of the animation was bad-average
* The lack of music used, Shippuden has great OSTs but they've been leaving tons of scenes without music.
* Madara reveal lacked the Oomph factor due to music and animation quality
* They didn't intepret some panels well like when Kakashi slices the shark guy. Why was he lumbering forward like a moron? They could have made that scene actually look like a fight and not simply Kakashi casually slicing a walking punchbag.


That preview alone redeemed this episode. I happily accepted the quality of todays episode once the preview appeared.
Whilst I would have preferred more effort in Madara's reveal, I agree with their decision to reduce budget in favour for next week which is using their movie quality animation. Incredibly hyped now Haven't seen this quality of animation since the Kushina flashback. ^_^

Edit: Also LOL at the Zetsu giving a whole new meaning to "Got Wood". The body location where the trees sprouted from made me laugh XD

Damn, Naruto saving Hinata was badass. Pairings aside, cus Naruto himself was badass! Like him throwing the three Zetsu back and then killing two more ina kick and a punch! That was badass! Outside that part the rest had some crappy animation. Next week however looks better, maybe because its mostly fighting.

I always thought Madara's intro was going to be so hype in the anime, but I guess I was wrong. I mean they were sweating when they should of been absolutely trembling. Wasn't a fan of this episode, nothing special about it.

Ohh not enough. They did that on purpose. The next scenes involve madara ripping apart the alliance they probably want to save all of that for next episode and slowed this one down on purpose.

Simply an amazing episode. Though, I was expecting the fighting scenes to be extended a little longer. I didn't like how Fuguki was sealed too easily, but it was nice to see the other mini-fights that wasn't in the manga. I was also expecting a more realistic reaction from Kakashi's Team when Naruto arrived at their battlefield, like Ino's reaction of "Narutoooo!" lol. But still, this episode was great. I love the Naruto & Hinata moment (I'm a big supporter of NaruHina) and Madara's entrance was epic, but I just find it a little weird that he has the same voice as Tobi.

The next episode will be 10X better. Can't waitttt
