I think...

Tsunade: Because Naruto needs to be Hokage by the end of the series and she was close to dying once, who knows...

well some that i think should die:

-gai sensei:i dont want him to die but it would have been cool if he used 8th gate....and die after...it would also trigger lee`s fury and maybe advancement of his power
-tsunade-so that naruto can take the hokage title
-gaara,oonoki,A,mei:they should have died in my opinion back when madara fodderized him because they dont have anything new to show plus their revival kind of negates madara`s badassness...like he did nothing....
-someone out of k11....idk who....
-and at least 2000 fodders should die....kishi is saving too many lives for my taste
