What should storm 4 look like?

So this is currently an imcomplete idea of what I think storm four should look like

As you can see, I got too lazy to properly finish this. However, if you have any questions about my propositions I'll be happy to answer them.

I also think that for team jutsus, official/canon teams should have the jutsus they have in the manga. So for Ino-Shika-Cho War Arc they should use Formation E in their team special. For Ay and Oonoki it should be Oonoki on Ay's back to make him faster and heavier. For Ay and Mei Ay should touch her water style for to generate a charge through it. etc.

I also think jutsu clashes should be able to happen.
Also during the special if they bring back the control for Naruto Ultimate Ninja two where one had to press the right sequence of buttons, Or when you had to turn the joy stick for rasengan. It would be awesome if they got that back so players aren't like "!*&%$ I got caught!"
And something should really be done with the elements for instance if a wind and a fire jutsu clash, the fire jutsu should be stronger afterwards.

Edit: For clarification purposes when you see a cell divided into two and there's text. The top text is base, and the bottom text is how it would be awakened.

No clue when they will start storm 4, but I hope they base it off current manga events.

What I want:

EMS Madara with PS awakening.
Hashirama with SM awakening and Shinsenjuu UJ.
SM Kabuto.
Updated Minato.
Updated Naruto.
Updated Sasuke (Assuming he gets PS, it should be his awakening)
Juubi Jinchuriki Obito.
Current Sakura.

And much more.

I just want them to take out the bugs that are in Storm 3 (like if you do a Team Ougi right in front of someone, they can't sub, etc.) and to add all possible characters, and not give the excuse of not enough combat, because they gave Kabumaru and Karin a moveset.

Jus the two ninjutsus clashing together like in storm 1. And for the love of god konohamaru!!! And special dialogue for certain characters for example sasuke fighting naruto. And running on the walls like in storm 1. They took a lot of good stuff away from storm 1. Jus bring them bac and a give me a full Naruto roster.

That would be good but whole different series of games. I enjoy the storm series
