Juubito's new technique is weaker than Jinton?

And don't tell me it's because he didn't use it full strength, if it was that strong at least it would have pierce the Susano'o arm even if it's just a tiny spear shape. What hole? I don't see any. And the second sentence makes no sense what so ever, that's like saying Kakashi's raikiri wasn't as effective on Haku because he was aiming at Zabuza. It would pierce through either's body anyway.

Jinton pretty much destroyed all susano'os. And Madara wasn't even in the Jinton when he uses perfect susano'o, notice how the Jinton got split and he jumped out

I'm saying if juubito focused on Sasuke as his main target, he would have expanded the size of the jinton and strike through the center.
It would reduce his susano to dust and with him along with it.
