According to the current chapter, sasuke was able to react faster than naruto could even comprehend, bringing out the susano and all, tho obito still fodderized them, sasuke eyes were faster and his reaction speed was better

You can't dodge while in the air, only those who have trained to do it can, look back at kakashi vs hidan. Speed and reaction time are also 2 different things, and sasuke has sharingan for the processing part of reacting, and then his reaction, susanoo, also comes out pretty instant. Sasuke has a far better reaction speed, because it is almost instant, but naruto can move faster, and his reaction speed do to his heightened senses is pretty extreme, so...

You is dumb, they both clearly saw the attack coming. Naruto saw it first actually, in order of the manga slides. Even so, this is not a measure of their speeds, their minds were both elsewhere. It was a surprise attack. Also, juubito is juubito, he might as well be faster than everyone alive, we don't know yet. Also, your progression is illogical. Just because they both got caught doesn't mean they have equal speeds, it would have meant neither of them have speeds fast enough to dodge juubito, had they both not been mentally elsewhere.

naruto reacted faster. he was the first one to notice juubito going underground. he couldn't counteract because he was falling.
naruto is without question the fastest character in naruto verse.
