Here's the deal: It's dawn at that time of the day in the battlefield, so they made everything have a brighter colour (including the sand which is no longer green now) to show the time of the day.
You can tell that the lightning is different because both Naruto hair and skin is brighter AND his Sage Mode eyeshadows are lighter.

Now stop making retarded arguments and talking out of your asses, i know when it's right to bash the anime, but this is not the case.

It depends on the lighting in the scene. Locations, time and weather change in Naruto too, you know. Not really bad animation. Go inside and look at your skin... then go outside under sun and OMG!!! UR SKIN CHANGED COLOR!!! seriously people, brain is to be used.
