Tobirama is one of the fastest character in Naruto universe (Speed/Reaction-wise)

And he got easily hit by Juubito, so it doesn't mean he is the fastest.... remember if Minato was there, he could dodge it and make a counter attack as well, however i doubt him hurts Juubito of course..... Tobirama is very quick to act, but fastest ninja like top 5, i really doubt it..... even Lee is faster.

I'm not saying he's faster than juubito but he clearly saw the attack coming considering it was a speedblitz, yet he was able to set up the traps/tags at specific point within juubitos body. I don't think lee is faster, or could even remotely match this feat.

Is tobirama faster than KCM Naruto?

Well Naruto is probably top 3, but Tobirama is not far behind.
The list is probably like this:
1 or 2. Juubito/Minato
3, 4, or 5: Naruto, Tobirama, or Ay!

I agree with your list, but i would like to place Lee on top 5 as well.

Lee is still growing and developing his speed, meaning he is reaching higher speeds. . . but it's kinda hard to put him there, cuz all of those five use Ninjutsu, that's why they are so fast and Lee is just using his basic speed a.k.a. he is just running fast. :yeah:

Tobirama was already prepared, and why did Tobirama said " brother "?

He already set up a good plan with Hashirama before landed on the ground and was prepared for Juubito's attack.... And one mistake..... Tobirama got easily hit by Juubito, so it doesn't mean he is faster than Minato with reactions..... this is just the start and remember Minato still have his kunais. That fight is not over, we didn't see Minato use it yet.

Just like Hashi and Tobirama got hit, and same here like Sasuke and Naruto got grabbed,and now its Minato's turn to show us.... Kishi didn't have more time, but to end the chapter.....

The reaction on his and Hashirama's face didn't seem like he or Hashirama saw the attack coming.

True but to some degree he anticipated it since he was able to come-up with a counter attack and was able to place the tags on Juubito's body at specific areas.
Otherwise there would not be enough time to set up the traps, and Juubito would have stopped him from placing the tags in the first place.

Amaterasu's casting speed is too overrated, contrary to what people believe it is not instantaneous.
Juubito's speed is probably faster.

I don't know about his reaction, but he is just like Ay..... If you mentioned foot speed, then he already is on top 5, just like you people saying Naruto is faster than Minato in BM cause of foot speed.... however nothing is faster than instant of course. The fact is that, Lee can really match up to Ay and near Naruto's speed lvl.

The thing is, Hashirama, if he used the Gates, would have a body much more accustomed to it (you can't 'get used to' the Gates, but he possesses the Body of the SOTSP considering he's a Senju), and would possibly be able to use it in conjunction with Sage Mode.

Not something to be trifled with, even in a pure taijutsu fight.

It's hard to Rank taijutsu specialist like guy and lee since they were never hyped up for being speed demons like s/t users or lighting release-body enhancement users.
They are certainly fast but I guess there is a limit to human legs enhanced with chakra? If that even makes sense
