I never expected Obito (if he even really is Obito anymore) to be that quick, hitting KCM Edo Minato...

Not to mention he hit Minato without looking.

Weird snake half fat body Obito got some mad sensory skills.

Those were both Minato KCM. Naruto's not in BM. I'm guessing we'll see it soon. However, it's clearly not enough.

Minato was focusing on something else, he was caught off guard.

he didn't he hit minato and his clone which were next to each other

You think Minato's clone would take a hit with the force of the incomplete Juubi behind it and not go poof?

Minato was focusing on something else, he was caught off guard.

Is Minato even supposed to be caught off guard? Ever?

He still managed to block the hit though and before that even managed to smh disperse his kunais for his following attack(that we will probably see next week), on the contrary of Tobirama, Hiruzen, Naruto or Sasuke who didn't manage to react fast enough

Naruto's KCM clones took a swipe from Madara's susano'o at one point and didn't poof. Since KCM is common in both cases its likely it makes clones more resilient.

Hey, we've seen what Tobirama has done. He anticipated Obito's movements and reacted accordingly, giving him speed wank from Minato, the fastest in the series. Hiruzen has the excuse of just testing out Obito's abilities (although he wouldn't have been fast enough anyway), but Naruto and Sasuke just got blitzed.

The point of this thread was that Minato was actually hit for once, not comparing his speed to the other characters; we already know he's the fastest in the Alliance.

Never mind, I was corrected, it appears that it was both KCM Edo Minato and his clone that were hit.

Juubito is distracted too since he was focused on Naruto and Sasuke.
Yet he still hit him, no excuse there.

Well, yeah and no.....

Actually I think he saw Minato was coming, but Juubito was aiming for Naruto and he divided the earth to confuse Minato to let his guard down and attacking Naruto. Minato and his clone got hit because he was focusing on Naruto, and thats why he was caught off guard.

Tobirama did what he did but what i mean is that he couldn't avoid being crushed in half though. That was a self defense on Tobirama's part, but his body was uncapable to react fast enough to avoid the blitz, on the contrary of Minato who managed to block the attack despite being distracted(he wanted to save Naruto) and even managed to disperce his kunais before. Like Minato said, Edo regeneration take time and when you see how Muu got crippled during 10 chapters or more after getting hit by Naruto's rasengan, it's possible that Tobirama and Hiruzen would be crippled for the rest of the fight, so Hiruzen doing what he did wasn't that smart

And one more thing, Juubito went into the ground ONLY with his upper body, and he saw Minato was coming.... he is just like a snake with sensor skills and kicked Minato and his clone to confuse Minato and let his guard down so Juubito can kill Naruto and Sasuke.

Tobirama and Hiruzen were testing out Obito's powers so that the others would know what they're up against, Minato explains this clearly.

I thought Minato was untouchable for a second there

Answer to what? This thread is about how Minato was actually hit for once. It's revolved around him and has nothing to do with characters that were already established as slower than him.
