Tbh, I don't have a clue what happened in this chapter regarding the techniques and battles.

So control these balls on his hands and make thing dissapear.

He is referring to the different nature types: fire, earth, water, wind, and lightning. He is saying that Obito has combined four or more of these nature types. The best example is Kakazu. He did lots of combining in his fight with Team 10. He combined fire and wind to create a large-scale fire attack.

He has water, not lightning. Dont forget obito has mokuton, the combination of earth/water

Also the jutsu he has is like onoki's but with a liquid form.
