Great chapter, I enjoyed the fighting and the tournament is progressing but I've started to get a little annoyed how One Piece is on a break every other week these days, it feels like that. I liked that dude Ideo, also everyone should know by now that if you don't have haki in new world you're gonna get shitted on and die quick so it's not a surprise to see not so important characters in the story being able to use different types of haki. It also makes sense that someone like Boo can use armament haki, he probably got taught by Chinjao being his grandfather and all.

Overall, I liked the progression of the colloseum especially because it's Luffy's block so it deserved some focus, 4/5.

yeah tho the conqueror's haki is supposed to be extremely rare and is a bit disappointing to see this much showing up. especially since Luffy barely uses it.

They live in a big world so it's only natural, extremely rare doesn't have to mean two or three people. So far it's only been displayed by powerful people like Doflamingo at Punk Hazard and Chinjao this chapter but we don't even know the full extent of what can be done with the Conqueror's Haki, being the rare type of haki, there has to be more then just knocking out people with a weak will so I think Oda is making us get used to seeing it before displaying something else with it.

Hmmm Lucy's cover was blown, I hope this makes things mote interesting in the arena.
I was expecting it will focus in the arena again but it's kind of a let down considering how many interesting things are happening outside the colosseum.
Good chapter though, many interesting guys.

The chapter started off ok...but it sort of went off the rails with all the other characters we don't care about fighting I'd of preferred Oda to have just gone to another group of the strawhats instead of showing us random characters but with Luffy's identity close to being revealed it looks like it will be good.

Sucks that it's on a break next week.

Oh shit, awesome chapter, so many fights and characters, I love it. Chinjao has conquerous haki, that's ok with me, since he's supposed to be this legendary pirate and all, I want to see him and Luffy fight for real in this tournament. The guy with long arms, Ideo, was cool too.

And people we can't have always Dofla and Law or whatever in all the chapters, Oda has to pace the story correctly, this capter was awesome cause we get to see some new strong characters, like those brothers and the bounty hunter.

4/5 for me.

-Luffy will fight Chinjao in a 1v1 and win high difficulty whilse everyone else kills eachother

I agree that the Haki thing is being way over used as if everyone has it in the new world yet during the White Beard war everyone was so shocked to see it happen from Luffy!?
This Chapter had about 2 pages of Luffy and no other development of the other characters.
I'm getting so fed up with the tournament crap. It's dragging on way to long, just get to the damn point or go to Laws story and then come back to the tournament ending with Luffy as the champ as we already know that's going to happen...seriously this arc feels like fillers from an anime.
Come on Oda, we don't care about random fightrers that we won't even remember the name of!

Some people care, because it's cool to see some more characters from the OP world. It seems filler, that's your opinion, I'm actually enjoying alot the tournament, we get to see many characters with weird abilities. It would be boring if Oda only focused on Law and Dofla, he wants to make everyone shine, that's what separates Oda from other mangakas. Just because you didn't like it, it doesn't mean it's shit.
