I have no idea what Rinnengan just said, that vocabulary is intense. But I also have something to say about the situation that Naruto, Sasuke, and Minato are in. It's a speed situation, this is the perfect time for Sasuke to show off his new powers. He also says "I will delete the past" so he might go backwards, and undo the cause of the effect in the future.
that would be dope !!!!!sasuke is going to need a jutsu to slow down naruto cause he'll later know damn well he can't catch him. And possibly the jutsu will be like on of those illusions that activate if you step on the area. So he might be able to stop time in a large area, but not all around the world.
=D
What I mean is that, Amaterasu is the physical power that the MS gives. Sasuke specializes in it. Itachi specializes in the spiritual version of it; Tsukuyomi. We know from Itachi that when one gains the EMS, it gives birth to an entirely new Dojutsu; with it's own techniques. This could be the new found power of Sasuke's EMS. It will probably get them out of that situation. I'm also assuming anyone with EMS gains Perfect Susanoo as well.
I think besides PS, that will be his major power-up. It is indicative because he controls the physical amalgamation of his two MS techs; Amaterasu, where Itachi was able to control time in Tsukuyomi, which is the "illusion" portion of the MS technique. It's bound to be haxed.
Affixing perception to a "more" physical level seems like a good route. It would not tread on whatever douryoku Madara may have assuming it is a definite lesser Tsukuyomi.
And it seems perfectly applicable given the situation him and Naruto are in.
Assuming Sasuke has a mastery of Itachi's douryoku—if not—Sasuke will be using Amaterasu and Kagutsuchi or own his Mangekyou Sharingan while Itachi's is simply idle.
Yes it is merely an assumption. Remember, Sasuke said "I can feel Nii-San's power flowing through me". That can be an indication that Itachi's Douryoku has been passed down to Sasuke due to the merging of their MS'.
"That can be an indication."
It is definite; not an indication. I am phrasing that a more "physical" Tsukuyomi is not going to happen unless Sasuke holds complete mastery of Itachi's Mangekyo Sharingan—which also happens to be an indicating requisite of settling Final Susanoo's chakra or what you people call "Perfect" Susano'o.
