So we know that xbox is handing out free games so I have a question if I delete that free game one week after it was free would i have to pay for it??? Or is it free for me forever??

Free for ever as long as you have XBL. I believe.

If they are like the game sales, it will revert back to the original price once the sale/special is over. Not 100% sure though!

Since it stays in your download history (Home > Settings > Account > Download History), anything you've downloaded will always be free.

That's only if he buys with another account. Everything in your download history is re-downloaded for free, since it was already purchased.

You are correct, but will it be the same if it was downloaded free, deleted, then downloaded again once the price goes back to normal?

Yes, it will still be free. As long as you use the same account. But, the problem with re-downloading things like this is that you can't play them offline, or if you're not signed in. To make it so you can, you have to perform a process called License Transferring, which can be done once every 3 months.

I use License Transfer to get free games/DLC off my friends and give out my games/DLC.

Lol I wish I had a friend.....with a 360....most of my friends have either ps3 or don't have the same games as me
