Obito being trolled out of the main villain/threat role because of Madara's "trump card". I wouldn't mind Madara somehow contributing in Obito's defeat, but don't let him take Obito's spot as the villain...

6) If Killer Bee dies and Gyūki ends up giving Naruto a piece of himself/his chakra, and yet Naruto never awakens any special power-up due to having some of all nine tailed beasts within him. Also if this happens and yet Naruto (and therefore the readers of the manga) never learns anything more about Rikudō Sennin before the series ends. I'd hate to be left hanging on that particular mystery.

7) If all the ship-teasing that's occurred throughout the series goes to waste, I'd be quite livid. Hinata or Sakura... it doesn't matter to me who Naruto ends up with as much as I care about him ending up with at least one of the two in an epilogue or something.

My biggest fear is if when obito decides to use rinne tensei to revive everyone who has died in the war including neji. And the scary part is that kishimoto could actually give us that.

Agreed with this as well. I almost jumped for joy when I thought Obito was going to die as a sacrificial pawn, thus bringing Madara back to life with Rinne Tensei. That would eliminate the chances of something happening like in the Pain arc by quite a bit. Madara doesn't seem like he could easily be Talk No Jutsu'd, so if only Madara remained with a Rinnegan, we'd be able to rest easy knowing that characters that are dead would stay dead.
Unfortunately, I'm still worried that Obito will regain his senses (which he seems to have lost since becoming the pseudo Jubi Jinchuriki) and have yet another chance to be Talk No Jutsu'd.
