In his true form he takes on the appearance of death wearing royal attire in the form of a skeleton possessing a gold crown, jewelry and a purple coat.
Personality: A person of high power for the longest of time, Barragan is full of arrogance and pride and has a very short temper. Anyone who opposes him is considered an insect, and he enjoys beating down his enemies ruthlessly. He enjoys toying around with his opponents making them feel despair and come close to the grasps of death before finishing them off. He is also known to hold the biggest grudges when humiliated.

Background Info
History: A man extremely loyal to his village, Barragan served as a high official of the hunter-nin. Assigning tasks to the hunter-nin to assassinate missing-nin, he himself took part in dealing with the village's internal conflicts. Praised as a hero for leading the assault against the Kaguya clan and wiping them out to near extinction, Barragan was promoted to be the Fourth Mizukage's right hand man. Not long afterwards a coup d'état against the mizukage was carried out by Zabuza but had failed due to Barragan's intervention. He was able to get Zabuza to retreat but not without paying a price to his reputation by being scarred by Zabuza's blade. Ever since Barragan has received the scars, he has become merciless towards any opposition no matter how small.

1) Fix his looks, I'm not allowing him to have a "true form" be a skeleton grim reaper
2) Fix the history, no custom bio mixing with canon. You can still be a hunter-nin but you need to take out the part about the Kaguya, the Mizukage's right hand, and fighting Zabuza
