Pretty much. Amaterasu is fodder now since all naruto would have to do is chill with it on him, launch tbb the turn his cloak of - just how the juubi shed it. Amaterasu arrow also has become fodder since naruto just needs a clone to either throw something at it (Hinata broke the chakra rods so it doesn't have to be something strong) or stop it with rasenshuriken - simple. That's sasukes strongest offensive jutsus dealt which means tbb is ready to launch.

Naruto wins low diff.
