that's not true.. Tobi & Kakashi both fought really grueling battles in this WAR, but Kakashi got replenished by Kurama several times.

Minato battled the full chakra of Kurama before & beat him.. he died but he still won.. & vs Tobi @ the same time.

Kakashi would just die.. he would not tie, but he would still die.. (probably)
