Well Kakashi has yet to master Kamui so he can't use it quite like Obito does (Phasing his own body parts between dimensions) But if Kakashi does know how to do what Obito does then he has a really good shot at defeating the J-Man, but Jiraiyah is a Sage so if he gets into Sage mode it's over for Kakashi.
