I think it could be Izuna! Think about it, Madara broke out of edo tensei, maybe he actually taught himself after watching Tobirama?

And if Orochimaru knew Madara, maybe Madara was the one to actually teach him?

Like, maybe Izuna was upgraded as an edo and will help Madara take control of the Jubi/Obito? (Imagine a Hashirama powered, immortal Izuna helping Madara out).

If anything, knowing Oro... he taught himself from old notes that Tobirama made. And as far as his trump.. I can't doubt it will be Izuna, but I would like it to not be him. Why? Because we have already seen Hashi + Tobi vs Madara + Izuna, it's already been talked about throughout the manga as well so it would be kind of... bluh in a sense.

An extra ms would help control Obito. Especially if it's a Hashirama celled empowered Izuna (which we all know Madara had access to).
