it's a good prediction. Minato using a lightning style dragon ? i don't think minato has a nature affected technique. Not any rasengan actually, and i doubt he has nature shape manipulation or whatsoever. Overal it's good, but i only see the last part comming true. And the last part: sasuke won't get itachi's weapons. It's possible, but then again i doubt they will just break from the juubi's jinchuuriki who is in human form, not even in the tailed beast form and this is because i doubt that obito is in controle (yet)

That is true , But considering that Juubi is God, The Progenitor of Shinobi World Begining of chakra as well as that Juubi's giant eye resembles Rinnegan and Sharingan it can be possibility

Then I believe that Juubi's eye is origin of all sharingan and rinnengan powers(this last is only correct if you believe SOSP obtained Rinnegan after becoming Juubi's Jinchurki )

Anyway Obito by becoming Juubi Jinchurki simply got his hands on all sharingan powers/moves , Amaterasu as well . Why didn't Juubi use these powers before since ressurection because his power was randomely used but now can be used as focused power which give Juubi Jinchurki a lot of new powers...

Sorry but to be blunt, gaining an increase in chakra by absorbing the Juubi won't give him Amaterasu, it just doesn't work that way. Your argument is, he absorbed a god so he can do what he likes? If he couldn't use amaterasu before, he can't use it now, otherwise it would be bullshit on Kishi's part.

Also the Juubi isn't evil, so it can't "take over" seen as it has no conscience which is why Naruto can't sense it in KCM mode as it has no feelings.
