Manda tanks Katon, and I'm sure Itachi can use his finger genjutsu before Madara finishes weaving handseals. Madara is only above them because of his Sharingan, Rinnegan and Mokuton. OP said its restricted.

Finger genjutsu will not be a deciding factor against Madara. Let's not even go there.

Probably Sasuke. He definitely has the most base feats.

He could just summon his hawk, take to the skies and go high enough so they can't reach him and then prepare Kirin. Without Susanno, they all get obliterated.

The biggest threat to Sasuke here is Madara's Mokuton and Katon.

So his only feat is creating Zetsu and not to mention that was Old Madara. You don't want to debate Old Madara with Zetsu vs Itachi/Sasuke believe me lol

True, but Sasuke with the hawk summon is pretty much the only Uchiha as far as I know that can fly at high altitudes. That could probably help with the prep time.
