Hebi Sasuke's arsenal, especially with Curse Mark, is really expansive, I must say. I would just go with high diff instead of "extreme high diff" though.

Dude , that is just a plain assumption . Deidara has variety in his art pieces . The only way they can stop him is by having choji use his expansion jutsu and knock him out of the sky . but Deidara already showed great dodging abilities during his fight with gaara and the amount of sand gaara was attacking was huge so he can dodge choji as well .
Plus C2 dragon and those birds he flies on are very mobile
