the 4th best combatant in the SH crew, I want to say Franky but Robin and her giant limbs is so tempting and there's Chopper and his monster point plus if its true Brook can now execute his attacks as Ryuma did then he is a shoe in really.

9. Ussop and Nami
That's how I scale them but I think I will have a different line up after this arc and when they get new bounties.

For some reason, I would like to put Franky there, because in the Enies Lobby arc (or Water 7 arc), he did beat one of those CP9 dudes in terms of strength (I mean, Nami also beat one, but just by being sneaky).

And it seems he has gotten a lot of new cool abilities as well. The beam does some pretty amazing damage. None could take that head on.
His weakness then is, if he goes out of cola, he will be pretty useless.

Robin has other strengths, such as intelligence, and her ability can be used in amazing ways to create wings, or to create ears, mouth, eyes, etc. to observe or deliver messages.

We still don't know Monster Chopper's true strength. When he couldn't control it, he wasn't very useful. Franky "easily" brought him into the water even after defeating one of the CP9. But when Chopper actually can control that form, it may be different, but what we saw in Fishman Island, wasn't enough to determine how much better it has become. Also it still lacks speed, which is rather important. And he is a big target after all.

A tiny bias, but honestly I'd say Robin.

Firstly, because intelligence can go a long way in a fight...and she has a LOT of it. After that, she has the POTENTIAL for one of the most haaxed abilities in the series if Oda would let her use it right....and given the right power ups/abilities it would become OP.

Imagine her hands if they could use both the regular and ranged versions OT Shigan....could just throw up a hand and potentially end it, or fly up in wing and unleash a ranged barrage.

If she gets armament Haki....her greatest weakness could potentially be highly reduced or in some cases completely erased.


However lately Oda has insisted on giving her support roles or just getting straight one shotted roles to hype up characters (for example have Monet stab her while she's trying to stop kids).

Because on top of how haax her abilities could be in open combat...remember Robin is a master of stealth and easily assassination....her forfeit is probably just killing you when you don't see it coming; however, that in itself is q problem....because Mugiwara as a collective don't exactly ice people which seems to restrict the power she had back when she was Miss All Sunday...just blowing people up and shit.


Just my opinion....but definitely Robin or Franky IMO...I'd say Chopper needs experience.

I think #4 is currently Robin. However I would like it if the next crew member would be able to hold up a resistance against Sanji in a fight making them #4

The way Franky played with Baby 5 and Buffalo makes me think he is the 4th strongest. You need a LOT of raw strenght to get past his defense.

That's your opinion. But I can't see anyone losing to him either... It's hard to picture but I place Brook,Franky and Chopper and Robin on the same level.

I'll have to agree with you, it is hard to see any of them losing, but remember when chopper went monster point at EL, and the only way to stop him was for frank too throw him in the ocean. Now chopper can direct all that raw power more focused, and when frank was in his body he threw a mountain, no other straw hat beside franky in his general suit could survive the kind of force monster point chopper can put out. And even franky's invincible suit might crack under a force that is greater than the inertia of a mountain.

Chopper's monster is made up of all his other points so in that sense it is a fusion. Check chopper's abilities and powers page on the one piece wikia.
