You have a point but the last picture shows his mature-ness growing rather than him aging even though it does show both its main point is to show him maturing. I mean aging is nothing everyone grows old but not everyone grows up

He probably hit 16 a few months after ko'ing Kakuza, giving him enough time to age from there to the end of the sage arc. He was most likely already 17 by the time he got on the boat, which was a ride that to 3-4 months. The first half of the war could have gone on for a year or so, leaving him at 18 years old at the time

Naruto was 16 when He meet the Chakra Minato in the Pain arc,Minato ask Him How old He was and Naruto said 16. Manga time and our time are different,The war arc now Naruto may be late 16 or early 17 now in Manga time to or time He should be 18 maybe. We had the same trouble with the original Series that started with Naruto being 12 years old and by the time He left with Jiraiya He had just turn 13. And that first series was divided in anime to 9 seasons because of fillers lest time in Manga. We normally wait a week for a new episode, but to the characters only minutes have pass by from each episode. It's a paradox of time.

It seems he has quite a few more inches left to go on him. If I had to guess he's at least 173 cm atm. Not much shorter than Obito and Kakashi and if he continues his grow the kid might go past 180 cm into the 6 foot range. You never know.
